My wife and I had our wheels drawn up in Lebanon, Missouri. They made the process quick easy and efficient. Gave us the paperwork we needed to set up. Our wishes told us what we needed to have and walked us through the entire ordeal. I have been given some crazy prices by other lawyers was more than pleased with the charge for what we had done. Was even told I don’t need to spend all that extra money that one other lawyer wanted to charge me for setting up a trust great ladies cannot thank them enough.

My advice is do not go here with family you care about. They are not the compassionate group they appear to be. It's all about the money, then they drop you. The scheduling coordinator was horrible, hateful and degrading.

I had the pleasure of working with Tessa O'Donnell at Ozarks Elder Law in creating my will and trust, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Tessa's background, extensive education, and experience showcase her commitment and discipline. Tessa reflects a deep understanding of trust administration, legal research, and litigation. In our interactions, Tessa demonstrated a thorough grasp of estate planning, probate avoidance, and guardianship/conservatorship matters. Tessa's professionalism, legal acumen, and the genuine ... read more

I took my elderly parents, both of whom have dementia, into Ozarks Elder Law to protect them and their assets. This was the biggest mistake of my life. I had medical documentation that they were incapable of managing their own affairs, activating my power of attorney we paid handsomely for. They allowed a relative visiting from out of town to walk in to their office with an 81 year old dementia patient, "revoke" my POA, go to my parents bank, withdraw their life savings in cash and hop on a plane to Seattle. WHY DID I TAKE M... read more

Had a 10:00 appointment. Got there at 9:55. We were greeted and put in a meeting room. At 10:20 no contact with anyone to say sorry we're running late, or be right with you. At 10:21 we packed up and left. As we opened the door a woman came out and said can I help you. We said we had other engagements and could not wait any longer. She said "Sorry" I won't be giving them any of my business. Disrespectful of our time.

My Mom hired them to set up her trust and to make a long story short she wound up being extremely dissatisfied with her attorney who seemed to think she was the one deciding how the trust would be decided. My Mom was very dissatisfied with the version of the trust the attorney wrote up and went with a different law office to do her trust.DO NOT USE OZARKS ELDER LAW.
