First and Foremost, don't put off planning like I did. Rude staff. Called to request a consultation for an estate without a will, and was *rudely* told they couldn't help me due to a lack of certain documentation (despite having other lawyers tell me it isn't an issue). It's fine they couldn't help me, but the rudeness of the phone staff to a more than likely bereaved potential client was not a good first impression. Thankfully another law firm was respectful, able and willing to help.
