I was unaware my mother had a massive infection brewing and I found her unresponsive. EMT's took her to Ozark Community Hospital. I wanted her to go to Mercy but do to the emergency of her condition she had to go to closest hospital. The ER staff was waiting on us and began working on her immediately!! When my mom was transferred to OCH for one of their swing beds after being discharged from another facility, I'll admit I was nervous. I had read some of the reviews beforehand and wasn't sure what to expect. I can honestly say I have never been happier to have been so completely wrong. THE PHYSICAL THERAPY DEPARTMENT IS FANTASTIC! IT IS VERY WELL MANAGED AND ORGANIZED. THE THERAPIST WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO MY NEEDS, AND HELPED ME TO RECOVER TO 100% FUNCTION. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
