I have had an account with Ozarko Tire for over 10 years. I have not used the account in a while. I needed road side service near West Plains MO. Called dispatch, gave them the info they needed, and they called back with an update stating estimated time for the work to begin. A few min. later, received another call telling me the Batesville location says I don't have an account with them. Putting me in a bind, with a big truck over 2 hours from me.
I took my 2013 Cadillac to have new tires put on. I already had the tires. I wanted them mounted and balanced. Well they did that along with screwing my wheels up bad. My car is perfect plum down to the wheels not having a scratch on them. When I got my car back home and my husband and I were looking my wheels are scratched all to hell all 4 of them , they bid scrapes deep in the wheel . I'm super super pissed. Something WILL BE DONE.
