Fast ? Yes Quality ? Tire still on rim so I assume it is quality. The issue ? They charge 3% on any card, even Debit Card which should not. When you give them a Credit Card they make it to be denied and you must give them a Debit Card, which they are taking a 3% charge and leave for them. Because Banks require 3% charge only on a Credit Card not Debit Card too.
