We offer a selection of rural properties, mostly ranging from 2 to 15 acres, which we will sell to anyone capable of making the monthly payments who will keep the property free of trash and destruction. We've bought two parcels from this company, and have had nothing but good experiences with our dealings with them. Great company with great people. Highly recommend.
We are buying land from Ozark Land Co and we love it. We purchased the land with no down payment 5 years ago. Without this company we would be paying a very high rent and have nothing to show for it. Yes the 9 percent interest is added on each month but there there is no payoff penalty if we pay it off before 15 years. There is no credit check in case you have bad credit.
