Made a reservation on the phone when I needed to cancel I was informed it was made online which they did and then told me it was under booking.com when it wasn’t it was under a complete different online reservation place lady that answered the phone was very rude and not helpful and basically told me to bad you pay and laughed about it horrible customer service will never book again might be a nice place I will never know
