Not happy with the payment methods. Get charged for being “late” even though the due date is same day they charge their fee. Okay gym, have been here for over a year, but it’s silly how much they charge.

Signed up for the gym, went a couple times felt uncomfortable and didn’t like the atmosphere , there was a girl following me around wanting every machine I was currently using to the point I just gave up. I paid a year membership fee and cancelled it. Never got a refund and when I called to check in on it they were unfriendly.

I tried two other physical therapists in town. Maybe they are good for some people, neither one worked for me. Ozark is the best. Their therapist are highly trained in multiple therapy types. They pay attention to not only what a patient says about their health and pain but also observe and adapt the days program rather than sticking to a set program in spite of pain level, etc. I am a part of my own healing team with Ozark Physical Therapy.
