Will never take my fur babies here. My boy was dying on Christmas Eve and they were still open and we pulled into the parking lot due to our boy was having a seizure for over 20 min and they told us they basically couldn’t do anything and told us to go somewhere else. So we took him to Best friends where they tried everything before putting him to sleep.
RecommendedEveryone here was so kind & caring. They got us in almost 2 hours before our scheduled appointment because my fur baby needed care immediately. They did everything they could to save him but he was 14 & his little heart was failing. The vet was there late that evening & was kind enough to call me as soon as she knew he passed. I was surprised when I received a card signed by many of the staff. It had been our first visit there but they still treated us with so much compassion. ❤
They were able to get our dog in during an emergency when our local vet couldn't and were wonderful and provide we amazing care, Dr. Linn especially. we are super thankful 🙏 for all their hard work in saving our little family member.
not happy with this place.. gave me wrong med. for my cat.. won't make it right , over charged , been coming here 5 years will not go back

Not sure what happened, I am the clinic manager, usually my staff brings these situations to me for resolution. We will always make it right if someone get incorrect meds or are overcharged. You did go to the Ozark veterinary clinic in Ozark Missouri?

Outstanding staff & Dr's.! Everyone is so loving & caring to any animal I have brought in.
The staff here made my baby a soft bed for her weekend emergency stay, let her keep her favorite pillow, sent me text messages often with updates on her progress, but most importantly...THEY SAVED HER LIFE!. Y'all, there's no doubt she would have died by Sunday morning without these people. I can't say enough about these angels. They treated her like family. What else could anyone ask for?

Great reception staff, excellent Doctors! We take all our pets there and have for years! They take their time and always get to the root of the problem. Very reasonably priced.
