Excellent Surgeon Dr. Nachtigal, is all you could ask for. We saw doctors in Little Rock, Springfield & St Louis with only negative results. Dr. Nachtigal set a plan in motion within 30 minutes and made all the appointments needed to prepare for my surgery. His surgical skills are without fault; his bedside manner leaves a patient feeling secure. His staff is on the spot.
