Visited some family for the holidays. The inside was well maintained and clean. But the parking lot was in terrible shape and the dumpster area a mess. At least build some walls to hide this eye sore. The work that was recently done was of poor quality and rushed. And is clearly evident when examined briefly.

This company does not keep their word what so ever. There Lil property Manger Kylia would have random guys over in empty apartments doing the dirty with them along with another person that lives there. Her dog has went after small children, delivery people. You can the office or send a email and they say oh we are taking care of it, they haven't taken care of it. They should of kicked her out . I love ozark south! The location is amazing and the area is quiet. The management is responsive and actually cares!
