I love ozark south! The location is amazing and the area is quiet. The management is responsive and actually cares!
Money hungry scum lords. I lived here 4 years and they increased the rent every year without doing any upgrades to make it worth the extra rent. Upon move out charged me 600$ for a “repaint fee” and 250$ for a door replacement of a door that had a pet door installed before I moved in. Of course without returning my email or phone calls. I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to live here.
The driveway road needs fixed so badly but nice place in good spot.

When I moved in in April of 2021- the management was WONDERFUL. My apartment was affordable, safe, fully refurbished, and any requests were answered immediately. Over the year and a half I lived there- they changed management a few times and each time, it became more and more unorganized.
