This is the best dental clinic I’ve ever experienced. We drove 3 hours but it’s all worth it. Usually if I go to the dentist I feel anxious but I don’t know when our way here I feel calm, everybody are very nice especially Ms. Lori she come to your room and talk to you so you feel very comfortable and Dr. Bullock is the doctor I need it for sure. And they did free CT scan for my husband while he’s waiting for me and they’re good in working with your insurance so you don’t need to pay a lot. For sure I will recommend them to... read more
If anyone is visiting Ozark Pros, you know you are there for a serious concern for you or someone you love. As a parent, it was comforting to see how above and beyond Lori and the staff went to make our little girl feel safe and calm. From the moment we walked in, Lori talked directly to our 6 year old and helped her feel immediately at ease.
We drove 3 hours and 10 mins to see Dr.Dean. From the minute we walked through the door the front desk was welcoming and Lori welcomed us with open arms . We weren’t just a patient , we were a special person. The amount of knowledge this office has about the condition my daughter has is mindblowing. The office is absolutely beautiful and has so many high tech machines. Kimberly was so kind with our daughter and of course the whole office who worked with her spoiled her. Already looking forward to our visit next year !
I have had nothing but a pleasant experience every single time I go into see this amazing team. Laurie the insurance lady is my absolute favorite person there. She came in & talked me about everything. I can't say enough about these wonderful people who I adore from the front office all the way to back & up stairs. Dr. McNeel is the best hands down!! I love everyone there!!
I have seen Dr. McNeel and his crew for about four months and their service has been exemplary. In addition to the amazing work he has done on my mouth, his team including Lori, Amanda and their support staff have always been on the ball, technically strong, very professional and extremely warm human beings. Today, I had a dental cleaning and the hygienist was immaculate in her care. Unfortunately, I don't have her name off the top of my head.
