Very professional operation. Their prices are steep, but I went with them based on, " you get what you pay for." I had to have them back out to the premises within 10 day of first full treatment. Second time only consisted of the immediate exterior of our home under their 30 day warranty guarantee. For the past two weeks we have been dealing with ticks, chiggers, ants, spiders, and flies again. Every situation is different, this was ours.
This company is a great company to use, the prices are inline with the other pest control/termite control services. They do guarantee all of there services, Termite inspections are honest and true.
The technician was great and did a very good job. He was very personable and thorough. However, the prices are much higher for inspection and services than most in the area. We felt gouged after speaking with other businesses (e.g. $50-75 for an inspection vs $135). The treatment prices were also way more for what we received. My fault! I should have shopped around and went with the business others recommended. Wanted to give this one a try, but I wouldn’t use them again.
