This is the third time we have used the urgent care. It is always a good experience and fairly quick for a walk in. It definitely beats going to and emergency room and sitting for hours with sick people for a broken bone. I appreciate having this option for broken bones etc.

After being called back to an exam room and being told by a worker that she would tell the doctor that I was there , I was alone in that room for 45/50 minutes. I finally left the room at 11:55 am to find no one in the office and no one anywhere in the building and I decided to leave As I was leaving I saw one person almost hiding in the back of the office and informed her that I was leaving. She said OK and I left. I have since received an email asking that I rate the doctor. I have not done that.Obviously, I will never go ... read more
