Extremely disappointed. Dr. Henley spent literally 2 or 3 minutes with me. Obviously didn't care. Was checking me for nerve issues in my arm and didn't even touch the nerves themselves when he was doing the exam. He'd tap and asked if I felt a twinge, and he'd miss the nerve altogether. I was so shocked that I didn't say anything to him about the fact that he couldn't even hit my massively enlarged ulnar nerves as a specialist. Two minutes. $284.70. Awful experience. Complete waste. My experience with Dr Henley and his staff was excellent. I struggled with carpal tunnel for two years and finally had surgery. I found immediate relief and my surgery was almost painless. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I wish I hadn’t waited so long.

I’ve never been to this doctor, but I’m a caregiver and thought that was the building I was supposed to go to. The lady that I take care of had physical therapy and she told me that was the building she goes into. I went in to get a wheelchair and this rude guy up front said “ said ugh do you have an appointment because you can’t just take off with a wheelchair “.
