Dr. Horan is absolutely wonderful. I never felt rushed during my appointment he took the time to answer every single question I had. His staff is courteous, efficient, and very helpful. I am so thankful to have found such a caring and knowledgeable specialist so close to home. GRACIAS!!
I have epilepsy, and I wouldn’t go here if they paid me. Staff is so far from knowledgeable, and the doctor is opinionated as can be. I’d recommended the crappy neurologist that I was trying to get away from before I’d recommended this office. Have a blessed day :)
I had a really uncomfortable experience here and ended up walking out before the appointment even started. When the doctor came in, he didn’t introduce himself or even greet me. I had been on my phone while waiting, but the second he walked in I put it away in my purse. He immediately told me to turn my phone off. I said it was already on silent and put away, but he kept pushing it and asked why I didn’t want to turn it off. Ozark neurology has the worst communication skills ever. They do not return your call. They lack bed side manner. The doctor didn’t shake my hand and barely made any eye contact with me. Their back staff was very short with me and cleaned up the room before even dismissing me. I was referred to do an eeg at a hospital and he didn’t even tell them what kind of pre op he wanted me to do. So nobody knew what they wanted me to do and of course Ozark didn’t pick up.
