Ozark neurology has the worst communication skills ever. They do not return your call. They lack bed side manner. The doctor didn’t shake my hand and barely made any eye contact with me. Their back staff was very short with me and cleaned up the room before even dismissing me. I was referred to do an eeg at a hospital and he didn’t even tell them what kind of pre op he wanted me to do. So nobody knew what they wanted me to do and of course Ozark didn’t pick up.
