I cannot recommend Dr. Coward and his amazing team of APRNs—Lisa Edwards, Kayla Dollar, Abigail Bonds, Elizabeth Black, and Katie Dunham—enough! These providers are absolutely top-notch; I trust them completely with my life, my husband’s, and my children’s. They genuinely care about their patients, and it shows in everything they do. I know there may have been some bumps in the past, but I encourage anyone who hasn’t been in a while to give them another chance. My son was being seen by Elizabeth Black and I wish I could give this clinic less than 1 star. She is VERY unprofessional. She would kiss my son on the top of his head. She called me a "milk cow" when I was 2 months postpartum because my son is breastfed and chunky and I have good milk production. On at least 4 separate occasions she asked me if I wanted him circumcised, the answer being no because I don't find it medically necessary. Now I ain’t one for fancy talk, but let me just say this place is the best doctor I’ve ever set foot in, and I’ve been to a few, bless my heart. My cousin’s neighbor told my boyfriend’s mom that they got a new lady runnin’ the place, and let me tell ya, that woman must run on sweet tea and Jesus because the whole dern place done straightened up overnight. Ozark Medical & Pediatric Clinic is hands-down the best clinic I’ve ever been to, and the difference over the last several months has been nothing short of outstanding. Since the new office manager took over in March/April 2025, the entire clinic feels more organized, more patient-centered, and more efficient. You can feel it the moment you walk in.
