Now I ain’t one for fancy talk, but let me just say this place is the best doctor I’ve ever set foot in, and I’ve been to a few, bless my heart. My cousin’s neighbor told my boyfriend’s mom that they got a new lady runnin’ the place, and let me tell ya, that woman must run on sweet tea and Jesus because the whole dern place done straightened up overnight. Ozark Medical & Pediatric Clinic is hands-down the best clinic I’ve ever been to, and the difference over the last several months has been nothing short of outstanding. Since the new office manager took over in March/April 2025, the entire clinic feels more organized, more patient-centered, and more efficient. You can feel it the moment you walk in. Not recommended very rude and very unprofessional. Do not recommend.
I have been seeing Lisa Edwards for about 7 yrs
I would give it 5 stars but when it comes to paperwork for a disabled or heart transplant patient, they really don't get on the ball and get it filled out asap. They're really too laid back. Friendly people and some good doctors though.
