I returned home from the hospital to find one of our central units was not working. The IBEW recommended Ozark Mechanical. My husband is a 60 + year member of the IBEW. Ozark Mechanical sent a young man to our home and had us up and going again quickly. He was very polite and efficient. He also tolerated my 83 year old husband being right there. He was very understanding, and I am very grateful.
Ozark came out to check my AC. Found a small leak and fixed the problem in addition to checking the entire system and washing off my compressor. Work was done quickly and efficiently!
My Dad referred me to Ozark Mechanical. The service man was out within a hour of my call to them. He was very thorough and checked out my unit outside and downstairs. He replaced a few minor parts and filled up my Freon. I had another company come out before them. He was here less than 5 minutes and told me I needed a new AC.
