My appointment was scheduled conveniently and the service from Tom was outstanding. Tom had to deal with the challenges of inept Customer Service people at the manufacturer. He was patient and persevered until the problem was resolved.

Ozark Mechanical repair man, was very professional and fixed the problem. York Central Air Units are rated as one of the best, and I believe they are, I have family members who have the same as we do, however I think we got a lemon, but having said that Ozark Mechanical has been great at taking care of the issues as they have happened.

From the time I called until the time the technicians left my house, the service was outstanding. They were $4000 less to replace my full HVAC system than the company I have used regularly for repairs. Every single person I dealt with at this company were very friendly and professional. The technicians had a very professional appearance, and they were very friendly and answered all of my questions. And, the unit they sold me is top notch!!
