Was a member here for almost one year before I cancelled my membership today. I liked the simplicity of the place. It was never too crowded so I was able to get in and do my exercise and get out without having to wait on others too much. The owner is regularly around and is a friendly guy. There's also equipment here like the belt squat that I haven't seen in most other gyms which wouldn't be noticed unless youre an avid lifter. Overall its a 10/10 in my book with all the essentials covered and then some.
This place is like a second home to me. My favorite gym!
Great gym for lifting and getting stronger. They play the best music and the staff and members are friendly and respectful and always willing to help. Tons of machines and squat/power racks. This embodies everything that a gym should be. Locker room and 2 showers are not much to brag about but it's a gym, you don't spend your time in the locker room, you spend it working out and lifting! And they got that right!
