Although the repair took longer than expected, they took the extra time to not just say "no" and send us to the Porsche dealership. They step by step identified the problem without continuing throwing parts at the problem. They were very knowledgeable and great at explaining where they were at in the repair process and didn't talk down to us. I really appreciate Ozark Specialty Imports honesty and thoroughly covering all the details of the repair. Porsche runs awesome now! Great work & Thank you!
I was traveling across the US and my BMW needed some TLC. I tried this place out and they were GREAT. The staff was very friendly, the communication was thorough and I was happy with their prices. Would highly recommend. And there is a candy bar :)
Great repair quality, good speed and decent price. Only rating 3 stars as my particular repair was a convertible and was left uncovered during a hailstorm. The hood and trunk took quite a bit of hail damage, and the top has one spot that will assuredly develop into a hole soon. I'm satisfied with the clutch job, but sad that it wasn't at least covered during the storm.
Just had my BMW 335i's entire motor rebuilt by these amazing guys! It was a big job! These guys know what they are doing! Kept me informed and had awesome recommendations on replacing parts that needed to be replaced that I didn't know I needed. Reasonable priced and I'm very satisfied! Great job Clay on the work! And thank you Nick for all you did to keep the ball rolling on such a lengthy build! I highly recommend this shop for anyone needing any work done on their Euros! Matt.
