I was traveling across the US and my BMW needed some TLC. I tried this place out and they were GREAT. The staff was very friendly, the communication was thorough and I was happy with their prices. Would highly recommend. And there is a candy bar :)
Great repair quality, good speed and decent price. Only rating 3 stars as my particular repair was a convertible and was left uncovered during a hailstorm. The hood and trunk took quite a bit of hail damage, and the top has one spot that will assuredly develop into a hole soon. I'm satisfied with the clutch job, but sad that it wasn't at least covered during the storm.
This is a great auto repair shop! My family have used them for many years. All work is done as expected in a timely manner, and they stand behind it. I highly recommend Ozark Imports.
Honest and trustworthy. My son’s car needed diagnostics and it was a fuel pump that was damaged. Fixed quickly and with no other upsell. Will be back. Thanks guys!
