I'm never taking my car anywhere else! They fixed a broken wheel bearing on my car and a few others problems I've had the last couple of years. Always quick and reliable service! They do honest work for an honest price. I recommend them to everyone I know!
I recently had my Jaguar F-Type serviced, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding customer service. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me informed throughout the process, and treated my vehicle with the care and attention it deserves. The work was completed promptly, and my F-Type is performing better than ever! Thank you and I will definitely be returning for future servic... read more
Although the repair took longer than expected, they took the extra time to not just say "no" and send us to the Porsche dealership. They step by step identified the problem without continuing throwing parts at the problem. They were very knowledgeable and great at explaining where they were at in the repair process and didn't talk down to us. I really appreciate Ozark Specialty Imports honesty and thoroughly covering all the details of the repair. Porsche runs awesome now! Great work & Thank you!
Great repair quality, good speed and decent price. Only rating 3 stars as my particular repair was a convertible and was left uncovered during a hailstorm. The hood and trunk took quite a bit of hail damage, and the top has one spot that will assuredly develop into a hole soon. I'm satisfied with the clutch job, but sad that it wasn't at least covered during the storm.
These are great guys and can handle your air cooled Porsche issues and I’m sure anything else but what’s always parked around the shop. Highly recommend
