A little over one year ago, I would have given Ozark Guidance a much better review. I was hesitant to ever reach out to them due to their reviews. But, they are basically the only mental health provider recommended in our area. I left numerous voice mails for my therapist (Kerry) to call me before being dropped during the first year. I doubt she ever received any of my messages. Had she received any of those messages, I would have never been dropped. Kerry, if you read this, your box was full several months ago. Josh was my therapist when he worked for a different company a long while back. He is an amazing therapist and he is the reason I decided to pursue a career in mental health care. I haven’t been to Ozark in a while. I see a lot of awful reviews but I feel like those are relative to the personality type of the people writing them more than the experiences and dependent upon the lenses these people choose the view the world through. The Harrison office is horrible,I've been there for months and they had no record of me in their system....it's always a mess(construction),they move constantly,and the staff are rude,the secretaries ROCK,but this place is horrible.....
Can't get anyone on the phone to make an appointment can't get a call back after you leave a voicemail the people you do get on the phone or from Springdale and mountain home and all they have are excuses excuses excuses also you can't go to Springdale or mountain home because they're full good luck
