This counseling facility in Berryville Arkansas has to be one of the worst offices I have ever walked into in my life. First of all the front office lady is extremely rude and non-compassionate non-empathetic and just absolutely horrible to deal with which is ironic being in a place that people need help. They are beyond crooked. Don’t trust them at all. My husband had to complete classes there in the middle they went to virtual where my husband got his certificate 3 years ago. Out of no where randomly 3 years pass but he gets pulled over for a warrant for not completing his classes and goes to jail and misses 4th of July with his family. They said oh it only shows he completed half on our end!! Are you freaking kidding me?!! They refused to help beyond that. Finally get him out after hundreds of dollars. If you need help or your in a bad way. Don't call here. Don't bother trying Don't come in... won't do you any good the lady answering the phone will tell you to come in then act like she doesn't know why you are here .
I love my therapist! She's the best therapist I've ever had!
I've had a great experience here. My therapist is amazing and has given me comfort and tools to help me along my journey. Haven't had any problems with this office. Thank you!
