New owners are money hungry and there's a list of reasons why you don't want to rent from them. I couldn't even move out without them making false charges. Now, I'll have to dispute it with the credit beauro.
So the last big snow storm we got the snow was almost to our knees in the parking lot , stairs and sidewalks quite a few tenants including wife and I put in a work/maintenance order with pictures asking if they could plow and salt the parking lot ! I did get a hold of Jennifer assistant manager and said they are working diligently and said we were next for snow removal ! They never came of course 2 weeks later my wife gets a text from frontier management confirming the work order was completed they never touched it or salted... read more
Has been taken over by Frontier Property Management. Rent has been raised, property maintenance isn’t taken care of in a timely manner.

Within walking distance of everything! Affordable housing in a quiet neighborhood where most tenants have lived for 5+ years. I love this place and am so thankful to be here.
