I just had my first visit with Dr. Brown. I was extremely impressed with the office staff and Dr. Brown. I received prompt comprehensive services. He listened and went over my full medical history and gave me a full body preventative scan. The visit was quick (by most doctor visit standards). I would highly recommend Ozark Dermatology.
If I made a review after my first visit, it would have been 5 stars and I would've raved about them. I thought they were great. I told more than one person that it was the best medical appointment I'd gone to, possibly ever. Both Dr. Claborn and her nurse are fantastic. I was impressed with the bedside manner. Worst experience and worst staff they talk with disrespect to you and when you also call they put you on hold just to hang up on you definitely never going there again
I stressed over my appointment (a simple exam) for over 3 months for no reason! Dr. Claborn was thorough, conservative, and very personable. The entire staff was friendly and knew how to handle my anxiety as well. Ultimately, I had no procedure needed, but I'm glad I went to get checked out! I HAVE FOUND MY DERMATOLOGIST! If you're concerned about a spot, or mole or whatever, just go see Dr. Claborn at Ozark Dermatology, you'll be in good hands!
