I called this place left my name and number No call back Even called another number left my name and number No call back So I went into Ozark Chimney and Fireplace I told him about leaving messages he said because of weather they are backed up I understand but he said they would be out toward end of a week He supposedly took my name and number It has been weeks now no call NOT AWAY TO DO BUSINESS I AM A LOCAL SO I TRY TO SHOP LOCAL
I am so thankful for Dave and Joey!!! We had a lot going on I needed a refresher course on how to run my stove. I called Dave he said no problem!!! We bought our stove from Dave. They installed it and made sure everything was up and running before they left. I’m so thankful for great people that stand behind their product and give lessons. We are so glad that we bought from Ozark Stove and Chimney.
Absolutely great service! Dave helped me pick the best stove for my home and helped me design the hearth. The installers did a fantastic job with making sure everything was perfect. Especially taking the time to make sure every stone was placed perfectly. Great Job Ozark Chimney!
We added a new wood stove to our farm house and these guys were the best. Dave was so helpful in finding us the perfect stove for our application. The installation crew was awesome and knew their business through and through. Also after the installation their help was the best. Always answer our calls or got back to us if they were out of the office. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
Bus guys, was finally able to get them out for needed repairs as they are very busy. Did a great job with repairs and cleaning. Feel much safer using the stove this winter. Thanks Dave
