It was the worst place to go; I went in to get my meds restarted or meds in general, mostly for my anxiety. The therapist started out by asking if I like needles. I said no u can stay the f away from me with them. Then I saw a psych, and he was looking at me like he could not understand a dam thing I was saying. Went in there to treat my alcoholism and mild depression/anxiety not really knowing what to expect. Told them straight up how it was at check in. Took a little bit got took back weighed sat in a room for a few. Seen by a therapist whose name I can't remember and she said something that was what I needed to hear as far as my anxiety/depression. "You can only control you. You can't control how people will react or what they do" Wise advice. Dr. Goad. Thank you.
