Very professional.
We lost our dock during a tornado May 26, just at the start of the summer. It was upsetting to say the least. Ozark Boat Docks built us a new beautiful dock and I think it was the 1st rebuild done on the lake from the tornado. Dave has been friendly and knowledgeable and has made the process easy. We are very pleased with our new dock from OBD!!Thank you guys so much. Almost forgot the lift! It's great too :)
My personal experience has been a nightmare. The are very friendly to speak on the phone but have taken absolutely no action to installation issues with their installation partner. The product failure that caused direct damage to my Monterey Boat from the faulty installation can be seen in picture. 1) If you are close to kentucky the installer (Matts docks) is NOT a trained installer by the company 2) The failure of a trained installer led to "bunk roll" on the lift.
