Horrible experience with this company. Sent out a centrifuge in December, tech who was working on centrifuge got covid, it sat at his desk for weeks with no parts ordered and Chris, the manager, had no idea what was going on. They also broke a display overlay and now prolonged this even further. 2 months later and still no centrifuge and a very upset lab department. Will never use this company again.
