I gave a one star because they don't answer the phone and you can't leave a message so I followed instructions and sent an email and now no response. I'm interested in joining the gym but now I have second thoughts about this place. I'll change my review if my email is answered. It's been two days now.

Cannot access gym because whenever I get off work, there is no staff to let me in as a new member. I’m also a member and still can’t access it during after hours. The staff hasn’t been any help. I also called and haven’t been able to get to anybody.
