Huge shout out goes to Robert Ozanne. This man came out after cm heating told us they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. so while we sat shivering with no sign of hope. Ozanne heating came and within 1 hour of being here he had the problem fixed and we are back to warm and cool days. Huge recommendation from me! Worth every penny. Even gave us info on maintaining our equipment
It is strongly recommended that you do not spend your time or money on this guy and his company. I hired him to install a new air conditioning system for around $14,000 and he was very unprofessional. He did not install the furnace and ducting correctly and the furnace stopped working after a few months. I attempted to contact him, but he ignored every call I made. In the end, I had to hire another company to resolve the issue, which resulted in me spending more money to fix his errors. Please don't deal with this guys.
We’ve had issues with our HVAC unit on and off for 3 years. We found Ozanne and they FINALLY fixed our unit! We had heat right before a snow storm. Robert was knowledgeable, professional & got us up and running very quickly. Would highly recommend this company.
Robert was very professional, courteous, and polite. He didn't hesitate to answer my questions. His work was done in a timely manner and he cleaned up the work area as good as new!! I would recommend Ozanne Custom to all my family and friends at any time.
