What a great company! Robert, the owner is very knowledgeable. They install high-end Mitsubishi and American standard equipment at much less than the bigger companies charge. Installation quality was top-notch.
Thank you so much for coming out so promptly. My grandmother's heater wasn't running the motor was hot it could have caused a fire and with the cold weather we needed someone to fix it ASAP. Robert came right before he had to pick up his son the same day with parts. We're fortunate to have someone in the community to make time for families. I highly recommend Robert and his company. Huge shout out goes to Robert Ozanne. This man came out after cm heating told us they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. so while we sat shivering with no sign of hope. Ozanne heating came and within 1 hour of being here he had the problem fixed and we are back to warm and cool days. Huge recommendation from me! Worth every penny. Even gave us info on maintaining our equipment
It is strongly recommended that you do not spend your time or money on this guy and his company. I hired him to install a new air conditioning system for around $14,000 and he was very unprofessional. He did not install the furnace and ducting correctly and the furnace stopped working after a few months. I attempted to contact him, but he ignored every call I made. In the end, I had to hire another company to resolve the issue, which resulted in me spending more money to fix his errors. Please don't deal with this guys.
