Austen is incredibly talented and knowledgeable. He takes the time to understand what I’m looking for, offers great advice and has such an incredible eye for detail. His customer service is just as exceptional, he’s warm, attentive and genuinely cares about his clients. The products he uses are fantastic, and the salon itself is beautifully presented, clean, comfortable and welcoming. It’s rare to find someone who combines such expertise with genuinely wonderful customer care. Highly recommend.
Austen is a wonderful and talented hair dresser, one of the best I’ve met. Always love my hair when I leave and incredibly fair priced.
