I think they've gone bankrupt. Will be chasing money from them paid for a job they've barely completed.

We paid a lot of money for a glass pool fence a few years ago. The council have now inspected it and told us that one of the glass panels is not compliant with pool safe regulations. When we contacted OzWest to ask them to remedy the situation they told us they would come and have a look. Then when we followed up they ignored our emails. I would not recommend this company because they charge like they are top quality and they provide no after sales service whatsoever and take no responsibility for their mistakes.

My 3rd fence with Ozwest. Very professional and reasonable prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a fence.

I sent an email requesting information on a quote I had received. The reply was half a sentence, and rude. It answered none of my questions and they obviously did not want to work with me. Very disappointing.

Do not recommend. They did not show up when they said twice. Then when they did no one was home to oversee the work. Put the fence in the wrong spot and did not install the latch as promised on the quote. Unfortunately they were paid for the work so when contacted to fix the problems we were ignored. Did not reply to phone calls or emails. Very disappointing for the price they were paid.
