Disgusting! Not only do they rudely talk over their customers, accuse them of lying and blatantly refuse to stick to their own warranty terms, their staff are arrogant. Go elsewhere, absolutely anywhere will be better. Now let's see what generic gas lighting response they give to show their true colours.
If I could offer a lower rating I would. We have been back and forth with this 'Business' for a month now. At first it was cited as a battery issue, then when told it wasn't fixed, they offered to send it away to have the motherboard looked at? After waiting two weeks, they gave the phone back only for it to not turn on or charge at all. Rang them again and apparently they didn't do anything bar replace the battery again and told us it would cost more to have it looked at further. We waited two weeks for a battery change?!
