Poor service. They have broken several things in my car without informing me, expl Linkt disc and holder, mobile phone holder, my carpets in another vechile and I got a Rav 4's carpets. Most of the time I have to get them back to finish the job properly, expl cleaning windows, vacuum boot, cleaning dashboard.
I took my new Chery to these guys today and my 3rd visit. First two were very good. Today it was terrible, I went back as my bonnet protector was scratched there, had lots of water marks that I had to wipe off and my windows and mirrors terrible. The head guy wiped the plastic bonnet protector with something and got rid of scratches. Not sure if I will go back. I showed up and my car’s condition was average. The employee quoted me $150 at the beginning. Managed to negotiate down to $100. He claimed my vehicle is heavily soiled. I have attached a picture of the vehicle and the menu. He insists the service states it’s “From $60” and it can go up.
Not recommending this place.
Item taken from car ( Large Yeti drink bottle) When contacted they didn’t understand what I was saying. Came back in to get it and they had taken it home. Promised to bring back back but after another 2 attempts I still have not got it. Do not leave ANY items in your car as they will steal from you.
