Most items recieved worked well, one needed replacment. had some delays with replacment, and emails got filtered to thier junk folder? But after contact was re-established, service was great and fast.

Don't trust this company. One of our motor broke down and they blamed us for it. As a technicians myself I know how to look after it but they keep on insisted it's our fault just because we had gardening tools near it but not obstructing it at all. Asking us to pay for the replacement of new motor which we'd refused. Technicians becoming rude and walked off after calling me a liar and threatened that they will not covers all other shutter under warranty eventhough i still have 5 years warranty left.
