Very easy to order from website. Very quick dispatch and delivery, received within 3 days to mid coast of NSW. All pool shops I tried only had aftermarket parts which I find are quite often a waste of money as they only just do the job and not of the best quality; however, Oz Pool Supplies had the genuine article in stock at a very competitive price - well done! The quick receipt of the parts enabled my pool filtration to get back to normal in record time.
Delivery was very quick using Auspost express. Prices for the hose adaptors were like wholesale. Packaging and logistics was perfect. Can't fault the company and I will consider them for my next purchase.

Wow! Outstanding service and great prices. I ordered a replacement pump lid because mine was cracked and urgently needed it. I requested a fast dispatch since my pump had been off for a couple of days. The item was shipped right away, and I received it the next morning. Installed it, and everything works perfectly! - 10/10
