David replied quickly to my email when I found European wasps nesting in the brick wall of our two-storey home. David explained what he was going to do, explained what I needed to do and then got on with it. Within 24 hours, the wasps were gone. Very reasonably priced, responsive and effective. Thanks David.
David very kindly made the effort to come out to our house on a Saturday, as our request was urgent. He was cheerful, very helpful, and resolved the issue promptly and professionally.
