Dr. James has been so great! He treated my son with palatal expansion which has helped him sleep better and set him up for ortho later. Honestly my whole family loves going to the visits! The staff is so warm and welcoming! You can tell that Dr. James is very knowledgeable and passionate about helping people. It’s comforting that he has a lot of experience with treating airway and sleep issues and can fix it with ortho! Amazing!

Dr. James and his office is so professional and so hands on. He and his team were able to help my 6YO feel right at home, while helping me keep my 1YO and 4YO entertained throughout the whole appointment. Dr. James is very knowledgable and so great with kids. 5 for Dr James and team! From the moment that I first visited with Dr James and Holly, I felt heard and cared for. Dr James took the time to not only listen but also educate on my level and make me feel at ease while explaining that my condition was treatable.
