Alright, TLDR: don't trust this company at all. So, this happened about a year ago, someone I know was going to California for a bit & stopped in Lancaster to get something. I understand being late day 1, there were other jobs ahead of us. But, when he was unable to finish, and said he'd be back first thing the next morning, at 10am, he didn't arrive until 2:30. It took HOURS to rekey our 3 tumblers for our business. He gave us 2 keys, both of which were recycled, for 3 locks. The keys are hard to turn and we are going to have to have someone else come out and do a proper job. Then, after all that, said he charges are an astounding $450!!! for 3 tumblers, 2 old keys?
