I’ve used this company many times over the years but our last experience was woeful. The driver was rude about our plane being delayed - you’d think they’d be used to that. He sped, he was arrogant and he certainly negatively tainted the end of our holiday. You’d be better to get an Uber than use this company. I did email the company my issues but they did nothing to appease the situation. So a google review will hopefully allow other people to make an educated choice before deciding to use this service.
The car we got looked nothing like the photos on the website. We hired a 'luxury' limo for a 21st birthday, but the interior was worn out, the AC barely worked, and the sound system kept cutting out. It felt more like an old taxi than a high-end limo hire. For the premium price they charge in Sydney, you expect a pristine vehicle. Very disappointed with the quality."
Complete disaster for my sister's wedding. We booked a White Stretch Hummer months in advance, and on the day of, the driver was over 45 minutes late with zero communication. We were literally standing on the curb in wedding attire calling the office, and no one would pick up. When he finally arrived, he didn't even apologize. It threw our entire photography schedule off. Avoid OZ Limo if your event is time-sensitive."
