Avoid This Store – False Promises & Poor After-Sales Service We purchased multiple bathroom and kitchen fittings from Ozgrow Bathroomware & Kitchenware, including sink mixers, taps, towel rails, and a shower set. While making the sale, the owner assured us that if we were unhappy with any items after installation, he would replace them without issue. OZ grow provided excellent customer service for my bathroom renovation project. Vijay is very well helpful and knowledgeable with the products. When ordered, delivered very quickly and also help me to choose right product. He was also quick at sorting out a return and refund for a another product that wasn't used in the end.
