Just after the money OZ has a ridiculous contract agreement to join their gym, you are better off supporting a local gym who will waive bogus enrollment fees. They tell you that the enrollment fees are high because of set-up costs, total crap. I have been to two gyms in the area that were both willing to waive fees.
Reliable and energizing. 24 Hour Fitness is a large gym located the middle of the Medford Center and is very spacious. Working out at 24 hour was usually a comfortable and energizing experience. Offered there are wide varieties of exercise equipment and personal instructors who are very adept at what they teach. Huge and Varied Fitness Center 24 Hour Fitness is a huge center, filled with all kinds of work-out machines. They have employees there to help you and work with you on creating a fitness plan. They also offer many different workout classes, most of which are free. There are however, a few problems. 24 Hour Fitness 24 Hour Fitness is a huge place inside! It is large and spacious, not cramped at all. They have every kind of exercise equipment you could want. There is aerobic equipment, free weights, a swimming pool, sauna, whirl pool, steam room, and exercise classes of all kinds, like step aerobics, Tai Chi, Dance, etc. This location is under local ownership of the franchise.
