Such an inclusive and supportive environment. The nutrition support you can receive is also exceptional. Alicia has even been able to create a nutrition plan to support my son with food aversions. OzFit offers both community and a holistic approach to your health.
Family owned gym.Not your regular gym, mixture of ages and fitness levels, not a gym you will feel out of place if you’re not 20+ and more interested in you Instagram photos than training.
