Such an inclusive and supportive environment. The nutrition support you can receive is also exceptional. Alicia has even been able to create a nutrition plan to support my son with food aversions. OzFit offers both community and a holistic approach to your health.
Family owned gym.Not your regular gym, mixture of ages and fitness levels, not a gym you will feel out of place if you’re not 20+ and more interested in you Instagram photos than training.

From my first visit to Ozfit, I felt welcomed and integrated into their community. Alicia and Mason genuinely care about your health. It's not about physical appearance or the number on the scales; their goal is to help you be the healthiest version of yourself, regardless of your shape or form. They have guided me on my journey to improve my health and fitness, accommodating my injuries along the way. Without them, I wouldn't be the healthy, happy individual I am today. I can't recommend them highly enough.
