Was a real downer when our AC stopped working on a 38 degree day. We looked around for replacement compressor and installation Our local auto electrician quoted around $660 for replacement compressor but said that if we could purchase elsewhere then they’d be happy to install A quick google search found Oz Cool. I couldn't find an air con fan motor at local chain stores for my Skoda. But found it quickly at Oz Cool and it was delivered within days. Super pleased with their service.
Service was outstanding, they called me to ensure it was the correct part for the vehicle it was going into. Followed up on how it was going. As it hadn't arrived I let them know. They again rang me and explained what they could see in the tracking. For some reason, this took longer than other shipments with Startrack, which was out of their control.
Excellent company, I paid for express delivery and the product was at my doorstep the next morning and I live in the country not in a city. Super impressive.
Appreciated the service provided. I took my car for an issue with my car ac. He did a quick check, explained me the reason and provided the fix.
