Service was outstanding, they called me to ensure it was the correct part for the vehicle it was going into. Followed up on how it was going. As it hadn't arrived I let them know. They again rang me and explained what they could see in the tracking. For some reason, this took longer than other shipments with Startrack, which was out of their control.
Great service at a good price.After being unable to source ac compressor in Darwin,reached out to ozcool and had the unit in 2 days.The ac specialist says the unit is same as original,I know the system is working well now.
A week after installation , Clutch flew away. No warranty, blame to installation faulty. More than 30 years mechanic shop installed it and they have never seen this quality comp and warranty system.
