Fantastic service! My wife’s car AC wasn’t working, so I called in the morning and they were more than happy to squeeze us in that same day to diagnose the issue. They quickly identified a compressor failure. We agreed on a price, they ordered the parts straight away, and the very next day we dropped the vehicle off. Within just a few hours, it was repaired and working perfectly again. Professional, efficient, and great communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
Last month the air conditioning of my Volvo XC 60 stopped working. The mechanic checked and advised me that the air conditioning compressor needed replacement but that a suitable one was not available in the country. Outstanding service from Oz Cool Auto! I had ordered an air conditioning compressor for my Audi, but unfortunately it didn’t fit, even though all vehicle details were correct. Went to see if a ac blower fan for my car was suitable, to ensure all was good he plugged it in just to see, before realising that in fact it was more than the fan. He proceeded to replace a resistor, whilst installing a new fan and BAM fixed. What was going to cost us minimum $1500 cost us $400 plus a “tip” which to be honest was the least we could do, we’ve been without a working aircon system for over a year now. Was a real downer when our AC stopped working on a 38 degree day. We looked around for replacement compressor and installation Our local auto electrician quoted around $660 for replacement compressor but said that if we could purchase elsewhere then they’d be happy to install A quick google search found Oz Cool.
