I've had my property with Oz for several years with various agents with varying results however since Kylie has taken over I can trust it is being looked after with high communication and genuine care for all involved.
I have been engaging the services of Oz Combined Realty Sanctuary Point for over 6 years. One of my rental properties was managed for several years by Kylie, without any real issues and when minor situations arose, they were handled swiftly and professionally. I would thoroughly recommend Kylie as a rental agent. She is professional, responsive, thoughtful and clearly understood my brief and expectations especially in regard to ensuring any prospective tenants would be considered in relation to neighbours and shift workers. Communication was outstanding throughout the process.
Potential purchaser - I will never look at a property advertised by this company again! Mothers day (Sunday) was advised my offer was too low and that the highest offer had gone over the top amount (advertised 690,000 to 720,000) and that there were other offers on the table.
