Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Thomas wasted a considerable amount of my time throughout the application process and provided an incorrect email address for submitting documentation, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration. What I found most disappointing was the lack of communication and professionalism. After investing time and effort into the application, I was not even advised that I had been unsuccessful. Bianca has been incredibly efficient, proactive and organised, and it has genuinely been such a relief knowing everything was always handled so smoothly. Her professionalism and attention to detail never went unnoticed. It’s rare to have a property manager who is so on the ball and responsive, and we truly appreciated the ease and confidence she brought to the process. Unprofessional staff and lack of experience Be away I tried to speak to manager as well as agent but both didn’t not try to you agent overcharged me with handyman cost also did things without my consent and you guy took mixnhbout of my rent income as you souvenir done !!! I’m a cantaloupe client 177 park drive tried so many times but you guys never resins or tried!!! Need more drains you guys should know I could out all story here if you guys want ! Manger was rude !
