Excellent service, reasonably priced and punctual. Couldn't ask for more.
I booked a carpet cleaning service, and nothing was mentioned during booking about visible stains remaining. However, when the cleaners arrived, they said some stains would stay even after cleaning. After the steam cleaning, the carpet was left soaking wet and took two full days to dry. There were still many stains left behind — which I later managed to remove myself by hand! What’s the point of using a professional machine if it can’t do a basic job? Totally unsatisfactory service — just money eaters, not professionals.
Nick was very punctual and did a great job of our carpets. Would definitely recommend.
