I bought a draw for my Ute and found out I had to pay 20% restocking fees when it doesn't fit. Their website had the same Ute with the draw installed as the first display image of the product. I made a mistake not reading the fine print about the size of the draw. They could have made the text larger or display a warning about their $170 restocking fees. Bought a canopy and most recently a platform off Ozcanopies. Their communication throughout the buying process was the one of the main reasons I went with them. Throughout the install which I did myself whilst watching their YouTube videos was pretty straight forward. I called with a question during install and they settled it quickly and the quality of the canopy has been great. Had it 6 months now. Searched online for towbar for my Hyundia Highlander. Hyundai don't provide! 2017 too old. Found Oz Canopies, price was great, customer care was fantastic! Phone call day before fitting kept me updated! 100% go there for top service!
