Oz Bike Fit was incredibly helpful in guiding me toward what I needed as someone just starting out. The customer service was excellent—friendly, informative, and genuinely supportive!
Brought my bike in for service. They were very thorough and found a crack in my frame that I had missed. Took the time to walk me through some ideas on whether getting it fixed would be possible. Even helped me figure out about if it might be under warranty from my bike manufacturer.
I was trying to call and schedule a safety check on my new bike. The guy answered and said yes, you are a robot and hung up. I tried to call back, he answered and I said hey, not a robot, bought a new bike and he hung up on me. Tried one more time and got sent straight to voicemail.
