This seems like a brand new cottage. I notice I’m only the 3rd review. It is VERY nice with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a full kitchen, outdoor BBQ and 8-person fire pit. It’s right on the bay of the ocean. The tide was fully out when we arrived and fully in when we got back from dinner at the Railroad restaurant (another good recommendation).
