Have been here for a long time. Luckily my first few years living here I had quiet neighbors who I believe were not home a lot. Unfortunately I have had new neighbors move in the past year and its quite literally like I have roomates now. One neighbor blasts music on weekdays till late hours cries about her boyfriend and the other blasts her tv and video games like I have a movie theater next door and has a 100 pound dog who barks all day while I am on work meetings. Lived here for a year and had a generally positive experience until move-out. I expected some cleaning fees, but not over $400 for a 600 sq. ft. apartment. Charges were broken down into multiple cleaning line items, and when I asked for clarification, I was given a corporate runaround rather than a clear explanation of how the costs were calculated, other than being told they are “standardized and the same for all residents.” You’re paying for the location here, not the service or transparency, and certainly not amenities. I would recommend Oyster Park to anyone looking for a great location, amazing staff, and all in all an elevated living experience! Cannot say enough great things about this place!!
