Roaches, roaches, roaches. Unfortunately, living here has been the worst apartment experience I have ever had. I have been dealing with roaches for an entire month. They have came out of the AC vent above my bed, they have been inside my dogs kennel, on top of the kitchen counter, the list goes on. Despite pest control coming 3 times so far, the roaches still persist. The elevator in my building has been down at least 5 times since my move in in February, one time it was down for around 4 days. I just moved into Oyster Park a month ago. I've had the best experience. The community is quite upscale. I had a very minor maintenance issue (water pressure in my shower), and maintenance was there the next day. Everything is clean, smells nice. The retailers around make it fun too. You're a 5 min drive to Sullivan's island. They have bikes you can rent. There's a garage to park your car. A beautiful salt water pool. And the women who work in the office are absolutely top notch. Oyster Park was so helpful and accommodating when my wallet was mistakingly placed down the garbage chute (not to mention at 10:00 pm when no one was around!). The staff were so helpful in giving me directions about how to access the dumpster the next day and the maintenance staff got me in and I was able to find my wallet! Thanks so much
I love living at Oyster Park. The staff makes it such a great place to call home. From the ladies in the office to the always timely and kind maintenance team, the Oyster Park experience is rare and wonderful. There is no better place to call home in Mount Pleasant or the Charleston area home than Oyster Park. Thank you for all that you do for your tenants!
