I just moved into Oyster Park a month ago. I've had the best experience. The community is quite upscale. I had a very minor maintenance issue (water pressure in my shower), and maintenance was there the next day. Everything is clean, smells nice. The retailers around make it fun too. You're a 5 min drive to Sullivan's island. They have bikes you can rent. There's a garage to park your car. A beautiful salt water pool. And the women who work in the office are absolutely top notch. Oyster Park was so helpful and accommodating when my wallet was mistakingly placed down the garbage chute (not to mention at 10:00 pm when no one was around!). The staff were so helpful in giving me directions about how to access the dumpster the next day and the maintenance staff got me in and I was able to find my wallet! Thanks so much
I love living at Oyster Park. The staff makes it such a great place to call home. From the ladies in the office to the always timely and kind maintenance team, the Oyster Park experience is rare and wonderful. There is no better place to call home in Mount Pleasant or the Charleston area home than Oyster Park. Thank you for all that you do for your tenants!
Just know that the walls are very thin. In addition they tried to charge me an extra $900 on move out where there were items on the list such as needing to have the dryer vent cleaned (emptying the lint out). They really try to squeeze everything they can out of you. I have actually never owed money on an apartment in my life. And I would have no problem paying for anything that is fair but this list was a joke. Maybe everyone that works there hates their jobs so much they like to try to stick it to people. Pathetic lol
The noise from adjacent units is HORRIBLE. You can hear everything... voices, dogs barking, musical instruments being played, pounding feet and people "getting it on." Overlook the circle (retail/parking spaces)? Expect to hear traffic, cars doors opening/closing and people talking, mostly Works members. In the 1420 building.. Burn Bootcamp opens at 5AM and you'll be awakened by amplified music/instructors shouting, etc... 6 days a week! Live in the 1421 building? You'll hear LOUD constant car wash noise from dawn to dusk.
